Ipsa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her current research focuses on developing a pipeline to identify alternative splicing within HLA genes of healthy and diseased cohorts. Outside of the lab, she likes to read, volunteer, and explore the food and culture scene in the Bay Area.
